We get a lot of questions about size and fit! Not to worry, we have answers!
QUESTION #1: How do I know which size to order?
- Check out the “FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT” Tab provided for each dress on the Product Page. Be sure to read the notes provided by the stylists!
- Measure yourself and compare the measurements against the measurements provided for each style and size. You can save your measurements in your Profile, under My Account.
- Not sure where you should measure? Use our MEASURING GUIDE to see exactly where to measure.
- Find out the measurements of the models (as well as what size they are wearing) for each dress, by hovering over their names on the “FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT” Tab.
- Read the reviews! Many of our customers share their experience with the dress, as well as detailed information about their height, weight, age, etc.
- Call (1-855-FROCKIT) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can help! We know the inventory inside and out!
QUESTION #2: What if the dress doesn’t fit?
- We send a second size (of your choosing) for only $1o!
- Try the dress on as soon as you receive it. If the dress doesn’t fit, contact us at email@example.com, and we will send you a replacement dress.
- If you already have a backup dress, we will refund the rental cost and all you cover is shipping.
QUESTION #3: Can I try on the dress beforehand?
- Yes! If you are in the GTA or Ottawa (or visiting either) you can either: Attend a Trunk Show, book a Private Fitting Appointment or a Private Fitting Party for you and up to 10 of your friends! To schedule any of the above, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
