  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is determined by your region. Shipping costs will be calculated and are visible during the checkout process. Please note that if you wait until the last minute to order a dress that express charges (overnight) may apply.

  • What if I need my package delivered to a location other than my home address?

    We know you want to look fabulous wherever you are. That's why we can ship to a different address as long as it's within Canada. Just provide the exact address to which you want the frock shipped. If you're shipping to a hotel, please put the hotel name in the company field and address it to the person who has the reservation. It must be a secure location−not a P.O. Box−and please make sure the hotel concierge or someone is expecting your delivery.

  • How will my dress be delivered?

    Your dress will be delivered by a Canada Post employee to the shipping address you provided. Please note that we encourage customers to pick a shipping address where someone can sign for the package. Please keep in mind that Canada Post has until 8:00 PM to deliver your package so, you may want to consider having your dress arrive one or two days prior to your event. If you are picking up at a showroom location, your dress will be available after 12:00 PM.

  • Do I need to sign for my order?

    You do not personally need to sign for your order, but someone 18 years of age or older must sign for your delivery.

  • What if delivery is attempted and I’m not home?

    Canada Post will attempt to deliver your package one time. If no one 18 years of age or older is available to sign for the package, it will be delivered to your closest Canada Post outlet. The details of the closest Canada Post outlet will be left at your door by your Canada Post driver.

  • What if I need to change my delivery address before the order has been dispatched?

    You can alter your shipping address up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

  • Can I change my address after my order has been dispatched?

    Once a dress has left our warehouse for shipping, it cannot be redirected. Please be sure that when you place your order, you use a shipping address that you are most likely to be at Monday through Friday.

  • What are my delivery options?

    Delivery is yet another way we've made the process so easy. You don't have to worry about the best or quickest way to get your dress to your door. We (meaning our clever programming team) select the best shipping option based on your shipping postal code, dates and dress availability.


    In some situations (depending on where the dress is being shipped, its availability and when you want it) our only option may be to ship the dress to you overnight at a higher rate. But don't worry−you will get to decide if you would like to pay for the additional shipping cost before reserving your dress.


    For fashionistas living in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or in the Greater Ottawa area, we can provide same-day shipping, which is a great way to almost instantly solve any fashion crisis.


    Alternatively, you can also choose to pick the dress up and drop it off, saving on shipping costs. For more information on how to do this, please contact info@rentfrockrepeat.com .

  • Do you deliver outside of Canada?

    Not at this time, but world domination is imminent. Right now we ship all across Canada, but the great news is if you live outside of Canada and will be visiting our great country, you can still have a gorgeous frock shipped to your hotel or wherever you are staying.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)?

    Yes! As long as your frock is ordered before 11:00 AM, we will use one of our local couriers and have it delivered to your door no later than 6:00 PM.

  • How do I know my dress will be delivered on time?

    This is such an important part of Rent frock Repeat! It's imperative to us that your frock arrives in time for you to enjoy it. That's why we choose the most effective shipping option for you. You'll also receive an email when your dress has left the warehouse.


    We strongly suggest that you have your dress delivered two days prior to your special event. In the unlikely event that your dress doesn't arrive on time, call us the moment your delivery time has passed and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

  • What does the shipping fee cover?

    The shipping fee covers the total cost of shipping the dress to you and getting the dress back to our warehouse. We cover the cost of the return with our pre-paid envelopes.

  • How do I return my dress?

    We've made returns so easy that you'll likely spend more time trying to figure out which frock you want to rent next!


    1. Check the Return Tag when your dress arrives. This will tell you exactly when the dress needs to be in the mail.


    2. Put the dress back into the plastic it arrived in.  Fold the dress and place it the pre-paid bubble-padded return envelope. You do not have to have the dress cleaned prior to sending it back. Don't worry about sending the garment bag, hanger or Fit Kit back‐they are yours to keep. 


    3. Drop your return envelope in any red Canada Post mailbox no later than 12pm on or before the return date. If your return date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it must be postmarked first thing the following day. We know you'll appreciate how important it is that the dress is returned on time so that it can be dry cleaned and available for other members to love.

  • What if I return my dress late?

    We charge a late fee (7.5% of the retail price of the dress) for every day your order is late. However, if the dress is available you can extend your rental period from four to eight days. Simply contact us BEFORE the end of your rental period if you wish to do so.

  • What if I misplace the return shipping envelope?

    We want the entire process to be as easy as possible for you so we supply a pre-paid return envelope that you can just drop in the mail. If you misplace the envelope, it is your responsibility to ship the dress back to us by your original due date at your expense and you must select an option that we can track online. You must also notify us that you are sending it in a different return envelope and email us the new tracking number to info@rentfrockrepeat.com Need help? Simply contact us.

  • What happens if the renter before me returns the dress late?

    In the extremely unlikely event that this happens, we will ship you a similar style that rents for the same price or higher.
